The Academy is one-on-one online coaching. Nothing more, nothing less. I work directly with players, individually, on how decisions are formed in real games.

Football education has stayed comfortable for a long time. It teaches actions, but rarely explains why those actions succeed or fail under pressure. What’s usually missing is how players perceive space, time, and opponents in live situations. That perception is what decides levels. This work is built around that layer.
